How SarniaRock uses your information
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Who we are
SarniaRock International Ltd ("SarniaRock") is the data controller for information collected on this site. We are an official Hörmann distributor in Nigeria. Contact: ajibadeyusuf@sarniarockinternational.com, No 1A, Arowolo Adeyemo Street, Millennium Estate, Lagos, Nigeria.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you submit a project: name, firm, role, business email, phone, project location and type, products of interest, notes and any drawings you attach.
- Business contact details of architects, developers and procurement professionals from public sources such as practice websites and professional directories, recorded with their source and date.
- Records of our emails, meetings and quotations with you.
We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare product recommendations and quotations, and deliver and install products (contract or steps before a contract).
- To introduce our products and services to professionals whose work they suit (legitimate interest). You can opt out at any time and we will stop.
- To keep business and tax records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
- Hörmann's technical and sales teams, only for the projects you ask us to evaluate, so they can review drawings and recommend products.
- Service providers who host and run our systems: Supabase (database and file storage, hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google Workspace (email and calendar).
- Logistics, customs and installation partners when you place an order, limited to what they need.
Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria, including in the European Union. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as the business relationship continues and then for the period required for business and tax records. Contacts who opt out are kept on a minimal suppression list so they are not contacted again.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or stop direct marketing. Email ajibadeyusuf@sarniarockinternational.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
Access to our systems is limited to authorised people and protected by sign-in controls. Drawings you upload are stored privately and are visible only to SarniaRock.
